Deposit required with a signed contract to secure your date. Full payment is mandatory two weeks prior to your event date. Inquire about waiting lists for cancellation due to non-payment. Please keep in mind there are light showers frequently in the Hampton Roads area. Every attempt will be made to preserve your sandcastle up to reception time with a canopy. Negotiate refunds with "Sandcastles by Leana" due to acts of God. Travel fees apply for out of state events. Additonal charges for babysitting completed sandcastles.

Birthday Packages -

The children's basic sandcastle packages includes a small sandcastle and action figure(s) of your party theme. The cost is $15.00 per child or minimum of $100. Save costs by providing your own action figures.

Upgrades detailed below can be negotiated at the consultation.

Sandcastle Size Upgrade -upgrade to the medium or large sandcastle.
Sandcastle Building Tips- tips by the artist with two mounds of wet sand for hands-on instruction. Upgrade available in increments of 30 minutes.
- We suggest you bring some small metal garden trowels, any sand molds, plastic buckets, plastic tubs, spoons and knives. Tolls will not be provided.
Game Upgrade
- Treasure Hunt (some treasure included)
- Scavenger Hunt
- Water balloon toss color coordinated with theme
- Large Prizes the responsibility of the client.
Canopy Upgrade- Balloons with a canopy optional
- 10'x10' canopy protection for babies and Grandmas!
LesWork Catering Upgrade- nutritious snacks and food to include table and set up. Contact Chef Lesley to negotiate the selections and cost. Client provides paper products.

NOTE: Prizes, personal sand molds, tools, water buckets and sun screen are NOT provided by Sandcastles by Leana. Based on what upgrades you negotiate there could be a Deposit required for equipment. Full refund once equipment is returned.

Additional costs may be incurred for figures and props. Ask about our deposit on property with a full refund upon return.
We have specialty figurines such as the golf groom with the ticked off bride in the background. There is also a running groom with the bride chasing after him. Wedding party figurines are also available
